Buildings & Facilities Construction

SES has extensive commercial and government construction experience throughout the United States.

Construction work for the government can entail stringent security and tight working conditions as old buildings are demolished and rebuilt to accommodate new missions and upgraded facilities. SES is adept at working within these confines. Where possible, we self-perform demolition, site preparation and carpentry work, and we use our trusted network of highly qualified and reputable subcontractors to complete the electrical work and HVAC system installations.

Over the years we have taken on some highly varied construction projects: we have constructed an obstacle course for military training, rebuilt a U.S. Coast Guard navigation tower and constructed a large ice-sports complex, as well as more typical office buildings, classrooms and storage facilities. We believe that this diversity of experience enables us to approach each project with fresh ideas and 'on the job' experience.
